Lesson Plan Template Trainings

The following trainings have already been posted on RPSU. Classes are in various locations and at a variety of times. There are also classes tailored to a particular level of teaching -- i.e. middle school teachers only.

Lesson Plan Template Training: Secondary Teachers
This class is designed for all secondary teachers in order to provide them with general knowledge on how to utilize the new RPS Lesson Plan template.  Trainer: MegCarolyn Remesz   Date: 9/22/2014   Time: 2:45 - 4:00pm.  Location: Franklin Military
Lesson Plan Template Training: Elementary Teachers

Lesson Plan Template Training: Essential Questions
This class is designed for all RPS Teachers in order to provide them with the opportunity to dig deep into creating essential questions and using them to drive assessment and instruction.  Trainer: MegCarolyn Remesz   Date: 10/6/2014   Time: 3:00 - 4:15pm   Location: MLK Middle

Need help with Registering on RPSU?
From the RPS main website (richmond.k12.va.us), click on Staff. Next, click on my.rps.edu  and then click on Online Systems and scroll down to click on RPS University. To log in: your username is the same username as your RPS email address; your password is the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. Once in, click on Schedules and from next screen, click on Search without filling in any information.  All sessions will be displayed.
Click on the NAME of the training to get more info about the class, how many have enrolled, etc. and then go up to top corner and click on Enroll in Class if you wish to attend. That's it!
